Job Description
USA Ninja Challenge is seeking an athletically inclined individual to train youth ages 4-17 in the sport of Ninja. Prior experience in gymnastics, CrossFit, martial arts or track and field is a plus. On-the-job training is part of the experience.
Duties:
-A lead instructor must possess the ability to communicate and lead staff as well as write, refine and implement lesson plans.
-Develop and implement lesson plans for various courses and programs
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes, ensuring student participation and understanding
- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other instructors to enhance curriculum and teaching methods
- They will be responsible for training all instructors under them and opening and closing the facility. Teaching/coaching experience is also important. This job combines working with youth and effectively communicating with adults including instructors, parents and managers
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Work hours are weekdays 3:00-8:00 and Saturdays 8:30-1:00 with potential for birthday parties in the afternoons and Camps.
This job will require a 2 week training to take place in Concord, NH.
