We are looking for a self-motivated candidate with a passion for teaching and a track record of success in insurance sales. Your primary responsibility is to create and deliver sales training that focuses on outcomes and results, both to our community members and to our customers. This position requires you to be on-site in our office in Wayne, Pennsylvania, at least four days per week.
Minimum Requirements:
College degree OR equivalent business experience
5 years of insurance sales with experience at video conferencing, outbound telephone calls, and in-person visits. The candidate should be able to draw from their own sales experiences when coaching and developing salespeople.
