We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Technician to join our Professional Services team and handle the delivery of simple technical tasks in the field.

Position Overview : As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for project delivery of various technical tasks, spending 50-75% of your time on client sites.
You will work as a member of the Professional Services team responsible for replacing aging equipment, updating network infrastructure, and assisting with office moves and setups.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Delivery : Execute technical tasks in the field, including replacing PCs, firewalls, networking equipment, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Network Cleanup : Clean up and organize network closets and server rooms to ensure optimal performance and accessibility.
- Office Moves and Setups : Participate in office move efforts and new office setups, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
- Client Interaction : Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including configurations, changes, and client interactions.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Professional Services team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Proactive Maintenance : Identify potential issues and recommend improvements to enhance client environments.
Requirements :
- Experience in replacing and configuring PCs, firewalls, networking equipment, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and best practices for organizing network closets and server rooms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Up to 75% local / regional travel to client sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a field technician role or similar position.
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and other common IT tools.
- Familiarity with the TruMethods framework and its application in an MSP environment is a plus.
Work Environment :
- This is an in-office job, with 50-75% of the time spent on client sites.
- You will work closely with the Professional Services team to coordinate and execute projects.
