Project Manager
UST HealthProof is looking for a Project Manager, who under the general supervision of the Delivery Director, will successfully deliver a health plan ecosystem within time, budget and client satisfaction. The Project Manager will work with the small to mid-size Health Plan Clients, third party vendors, and onshore and offshore UST associates to support system installations, conversions and migrations. Candidate should have a strong business accum and experience with health plan operations, technology or related industries. You should understand how multiple technologies can integrate and work together seamlessly. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with senior level executives. You should be an excellent problem solver who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.
As a Project Manager at UST HealthProof, this is your opportunity to:
· Assume responsibility for a successful workstream implementation within (fixed bid) of Health plan ecosystem offering for Healthcare payor using HealthRules suite and other participating vendors for the client.
· Build and execute a project management plan by having an understanding how different projects/platforms communicate and overlap.
· Develop and implement strategy for the project team, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan. This includes managing scope, changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
· Exhibit strong knowledge of the health plan environment and how technology enables health plan operations.
· Manage external vendors during the implementation including contract, timelines and integration.
· Ensure relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld in addition to producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
· Create and nurture business relationships which lead to a successful project implementation and help safeguard UST’s revenue opportunities
· Capture long term business needs and drive the creation of domain specific and integrated solutions for the client which help drive client and UST profitability.
· Lead and direct all vendors and their project managers/plan to an overall program management plan
· Manage budgets and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
· Facilitate engagements with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Own and ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, security, quality and team member performance. In addition, work with client to increase awareness of program for a successful rollout".
- Interact with Project Sponsors, other Technical Managers, and multiple development teams to define and deliver complex cross-functional projects. Collaborate and drive the leadership team to identify staff transition and go live plans including operational readiness planning.

- Coach and lead the staff towards meeting and exceeding performance expectations for quantity, quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technical field, 10 years of relevant work experience in project management or software development,5 years of work experience in leadership, management, or similar roles. A plus is work experience in client partner or account management roles.
· Experience in a Health Edge application and a managed care environment preferred
- Experience with Medicare and Medicaid business is preferred
- Experience with Blue Card processing or Blues environment is a plus
