You Are:
UST is searching for a Sailpoint IIQ Developer who will resolve enterprise trouble tickets within the agreed SLA and raise problem tickets for permanent resolution and/or provide mentorship (Hierarchical or Lateral) to junior associates.
The Opportunity:
- Update SOP with updated troubleshooting instructions and process changes
- Mentor new team members in understanding customer infrastructure and processes
- Perform alert analysis for driving incident reduction
- Escalate high-priority incidents to customer and organization stakeholders for quicker resolution
- Contribute to planning and successful migration of platforms
- Resolve enterprise trouble tickets within the agreed SLA and raise problem tickets for permanent resolution
- Provide inputs for root cause analysis after major incidents to define preventive and corrective actions
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
- Requires minimum 3 Years of experience in Sailpoint IIQ development.
- Should have experience in application onboarding and be able to communicate and gather requirements for application onboarding.
- Need to have a good understanding of web services
- Experience in the development of workflows, rules, and certifications
- Experience in the configuration of Quick links and designing the forms.
- Need to have some experience in supporting activities and should be able to work on ticketing tools like Service Now.
- Knowledge of SSO Configuration using SAML protocols and OUATH are added advantage.
- Need to have experience working on Azure Ad services.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $62,000-$92,000
Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
