Plaintiff personal injury firm seeks an experienced Litigation paralegal. Candidate must be an excellent communicator, very organized/detail oriented, able to handle a large work load, be responsible and must be able represent the firm in a professional manner at all times.

Personal Injury paralegal experience

  • Must have experience handling premises, automobile, construction, and municipal liability cases from inception through trial.
  • The candidate should be able to draft legal documents including, but not limited to: bill of particulars, discovery motions and responses to discovery demands. You will be supported by attorneys;
  • Have extraordinary interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Be able to efficiently multitask and prioritize work quickly; and
  • Have knowledge of electronic filing requirements in State and Federal Courts; Preferred knowledge of Trial Works, Outlook, and Word.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

  • No travel

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
