Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing general office operation.
- Delivering great customer service to our customers.
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Monitoring purchasing of office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and reviewing new contracts.
- Leader to the team and maintaining order within the office
- Monitoring Office hours
- Monitoring employees are working and efficiency
- Updating Licenses and Business registrations
- Must be Bilingual - Spanish & English Fluent
- Have Managing experience of 2 or more years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
