Utah Valley Pediatrics is looking for a Project Coordinator, Assistant to our Administrator!
Job Summary:
The position provides support to the Administrator and other office staff across all locations, and has a core of regular duties which include day to day support of the administrator, admin team, and office staff, operational and quality reports, book keeping and marketing activities. They are also responsible for special projects undertaken by the administrator ensuring they are effectively managed. The Assistant will work closely with the Administrator to systematically manage projects while delivering effective and timely results.
This is an onsite position, located in the Provo, Utah office.
Qualifications:
- Education: College degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of administrative support experience required. Healthcare administrative experience preferred.
Additional Skills: Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, good judgement and maturity. Microsoft Office mastery (Outlook, Excel, Word), Pivot Tables, Macros, WordPress, Marketing, QuickBooks, previous EHR experience.
Work Schedule:
This position works a typical full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
