Clinical Operations Assistant - Behavioral Health and Addiction

Work Schedule: 

100%, day shift. Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM, with some weeks 7:00AM – 3:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant: 

• Function as a key part of an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, behavioral health therapists, substance use therapists, clinical staff and leaders.
• Manage provider templates, orders supplies, manage clinic rooms/spaces, assist leaders with scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes.

Education:

Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred – Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum – One year of experience in an administrative support role

Preferred – Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
