Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8 or 10-hour shifts, Outpatient: Monday through Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Emergency Department: Thursday: 2:00 PM - 8:30 PM and Friday: 2:00 PM - 8:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to:
- Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to patients.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care.
- Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice and educate others.
- Work within a large, dynamic rehabilitation team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.
Education:
Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
Work Experience:
Preferred - Two (2) years prior relevant experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required. Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator is required within three months of hire.
