Description:
Skills/Duties and Responsibilities:
- General office administration (seating, new hire setup, mail, etc.)
- Handle department expense activity (accruals, invoices, pcard)
- Analyze, document, and report department budget activity (begin year, status, end year reports)
- Business travel arrangement for PDE Executives and Toyota's Japanese visitors
- Organize and manage department SharePoint site
- Organize department meetings (monthly, team events, etc.)
- Coordinate evacuation and office safety tasks
- Participate in department administrative staff meetings; provide administrative backup for other Department Assistants as needed
Requirements:
- In this role, the candidate will be working a HYBRID schedule (2-3 days a week in the onsite)
Requirements and Qualifications:
- SAP / Ariba Knowledge
- SharePoint or Web Design literacy
- Minimum of 3 years of office administration experience, preferably a multi-national company
- Microsoft Office and computer literacy for Client unique software applications
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong ability to work independently
Preferences:
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
