What you'll be doing:
Online robot programming, Sealer, UBC, and Dampening, Run trials and adjust parameters, Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards, Primer, Base and Clear, Offline robot programming, Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis, Evaluate Quality, Use elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite, Create Hand Over Documents, Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC's, Effective communications, Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word

Bonus if you have:
- Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
- PLC
- 3D modelling, Catia, AutoCAD and Solid works
- DELMIA is preferred – Stimulation software (Offline programming)
- Experience with Digital Engineering
- Additional related certifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience

Requirements:
RM NOTES:
- Top three skills in a candidate (Must have):
- Robot programming (Any language)
- Offline software experience (Any tool)
- Leadership skills (Past/recent, Independent, Mentorship)
- Good knowledge/experience in online and offline Robotics programming
- Any programming language will be good (Online and offline)
- Must have leadership skills in any sense
- Someone who can trouble and modify using PLC (Nice to have)
- Must have a bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- This position required travelling up to 50% (USA, Canada, Mexico) based on business needs
