What we're looking for
Vacasa is seeking a hard-working, energetic employee who is passionate about delivering on the promise of excellence in customer service. By providing personalized attention to our guests and owners, you will help us maintain our quickly growing portfolio of vacation homes. This position is Seasonal to assist with supervision of our two restaurants and banquets. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on food and beverage experience. We are seeking an individual who is in the process of obtaining or has received a hospitality or management degree.
What you'll do:
Assist F&B Manager in execution of all front of the house operations. Directly responsible for management and supervision of the day to day operations of the F&B outlets, including direct supervision of service staff to ensure proper and efficient floor coverage and meeting guest service standards. Resolve conflicts as they arise. May also perform tasks similar to those performed by F&B line staff. Act as liaison between shifts, updating the other team members as to the important events and other pertinent information.
- Manage F&B outlet operations including opening and closing outlets as per procedures, ensuring excellent guest service and satisfaction, including resolution of guest complaints and/or special requests.
- Upon closing of F&B outlets at the end of daily operations, balance sales receipt and complete necessary reports as required and ensure preparation of the outlets for next shift.
- Ensure that all F&B tools and equipment are properly inventoried, used, cleaned and stored
- Supervise, train and manage performance of F&B staff to ensure staff adhere to policy and procedure including but not limited to uniform and grooming standards, customer service and performance standards, Company policy, procedural standards, etc.

The skills you'll need
- ServSafe certified preferred
- TIPS certified preferred
- In process or completed Hospitality or Management degree
- Bar experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player who takes direction and quick learner
- Hospitality or management degree preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license or ability to obtain
Work environment and physical demands
- Availability to work Sunday through Saturday; must be able to work nights and weekends
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
- Reach overhead and below the waist
- Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist

Compensation:
- $19.00/hour
