Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance matters.
- Manage employee documentation, contracts, and legal requirements.
- Implement and optimize HRIS software systems to streamline HR workflows and data management.
- Develops, tracks, and communicates Human Resources key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree plus commensurate experience; SHRM certification preferred.
- 5 of experience in HR management with working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines such as compensation practices, organizational effectiveness.
- 3 years as a business partner or involved with the HR operational and business strategy side of manufacturing business, preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and demonstrated experience in system implementation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
