Job Description
DAY-TO-DAY:
- Field high volume customer calls from automotive finance customers
- Update customer information (contact info, addresses, card information) etc.
- Intake information from customers for monthly payment and payoff of quotes, input of discount information etc.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service through the increase of customer satisfaction scores and quantitative objectives.
- Attendance - be on time, ONSITE at the Cypress, California location (Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm OR 7am-4pm)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must provide proof of completed Associates Degree OR Bachelor's Degree. ***
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Bilingual a plus but not required.
- Sense of urgency, bias for action
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, etc.
PLEASE NOTE:
- This position is 100% onsite at the Cypress, California location, it is not a remote position.
- Completion of AA degree Required; 4 Year Degree Preferred.
- This is an ongoing contract position with no set end date, there is a chance to convert to FTE role.
Salary : $34,500 - $35,500
