Responsibilities - Sales Associate :
- Help customers select and purchase a vehicle. Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day!
- Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
- Explain features and demonstrate operational performance on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Present pricing and complete paperwork
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
Qualifications - Sales Associate :
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required, s ales experience in any industry is a plus!
- Friendly with excellent communication and customer service skills and motivated to succeed!
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
