Required Skills
- Associate degree from an accredited professional nursing school.
- Current ACLS certification required upon hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required upon hire.
- Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license or Compact State Registered Nurse license.
The PACU/ASU Registered Nurse plays a critical role in promoting and restoring patients’ health by completing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for pre- and post-operative patients. This position demands a high level of expertise in managing patients recovering from general, local, and regional anesthesia, with a focus on meeting age-specific and cultural needs.
Other Qualifications
- ASPAN Certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
- NIH stroke certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in PACU/ACU settings.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
