Job Description
Assist Director of Sales and Marketing, Group Sales Managers, and Business Travel Managers in all administrative functions assigned. The essential functions of this position consist of the following: Answering phones in a friendly manner. Entering data into the Delphi Sales and Catering System and Stay N Touch PMS System. Making reservations for top clients, participating and preparation of Sales Blitz, select site inspections, and preparing sales billing.

Responsibilities
- Processing rooming list for Sales Managers daily
- Issuing Gift Certificates and maintaining monthly calendars
- Making reservations and building relationships with top accounts in the hotel to deliver excellent customer service.
- Answer questions and concerns; follow-through either to resolution or refer to the appropriate manager.
- Assist with group resumes and reporting weekly
- Ordering of supplies, sales promotional items, and keeping inventory of all sales related items.
- Assisting sales managers with group billing
Other:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- To join our team as a Sales Coordinator, you must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
- Prior administrative, Sales, Hospitality or comparable experience required
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet specific deadlines.
- The ability to act independently with minimal or no supervision.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written to be able connect with our guests and team members.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
