What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solutions Architect - MSP position at Valeo Networks?

SUMMARY

 

The Solution Architect is responsible for creating and assessing the scope of work to be implemented by the Professional Services team. The Solution Architect acts as a technical resource for the Client Success department to ensure that Valeo standards are being implemented at client locations. The Solution Architect position is chiefly responsible for the technical design, and product selection of customized projects sold through our in-house Sales Team. This role will work closely with Project Managers and the Client Success Director for client presentations. This role is a remote position with little to no onsite presence required. The successful candidate will be one who has a passion for technology and an engrained capacity to serve Valeo clients and contribute to the success of Valeo’s sales team to provide a true ‘concept to completion’ project experience.
