Valgroup is a Plastic Manufacturing Company seeking a Quality Inspector for its USA branch in Findlay, OH. This role supports the operation of production by performing laboratory tests on a variety of material samples to ensure quality standards are met. This position works 7:30pm - 7:30am on a 2-2-3 schedule - giving you the chance to enjoy time off during the week and every other weekend.
Starting pay range is $19.00/hr - based on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Operate lab equipment & measuring instruments
- Collect and analyze samples of products to specifications
- Record test results and write test reports describing procedures
- Collaborate with others as needed to address quality and needs
- Assist with department tasks such as processing sample requests, resin sampling, department housekeeping, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and order of laboratory area
- Operate computer and applicable programs
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
Salary : $19
