Summary
We are seeking a talented Business Development/Capture Analyst to assist the activities of the Growth team – business development / capture / solutions / proposals – with research and analysis of opportunities within existing and potential markets. Specifically, provide the full range of technical, administrative, and analytical support across the entire opportunity life-cycle, from identification through the post-proposal submission, including but not limited to, developing capture briefing, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipeline, coordinating and responding to data calls (internal and external), and contributing to the development of various technical, management, past performance, resumes, and pricing artifacts (related to RFx responses).
Responsibilities
Perform general tasks within the Growth team to include but not limited to:
- Provide technical, administrative, and analytical support across the entire opportunity life cycle, from identification through post-proposal submission.
- Support overall Growth pipeline management activities ensuring CRM is always up to date with notes and intelligence
- Search for and analyze opportunities to assist the BD team in developing and maintaining the BD pipeline.
- Utilize a variety of web-based tools to identify opportunities aligned with the organization strategy, capabilities, and service offerings.
- Gather, compile, and analyze data related to existing contracts and new opportunity identification, and communicate findings to the Growth team in written and oral formats. Perform activities on daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis.
- Organize, plan, and support pipeline review meetings, synthesizing, aggregating, streamlining and organizing research data into logical formats to inform disposition actions for identified opportunities.
- Research companies (potential teaming partners or competition)
- Attend Vendor Outreach Sessions, Industry Day Events, and Webinars and present summaries to Growth team
- Mentoring junior team members

Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree and four years BD/Capture support experience, or a combination of equivalent experience and training.
- Ability to analyze, categorize, and logically group data in written and graphical reports.
- Ability to effectively interact with a wide range of personnel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fair understanding and skilled in researching various IT domains and technologies
- Understanding of government contract terms
- Demonstrated ability to multitask with multiple high-priority demands in an intense, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, and MS Office applications, SharePoint and Teams
- Must be willing to provide after-hours and on-site support as needed.

USD $58,183.94/Yr.
Posted Max Pay Rate
USD $96,973.24/Yr.
Salary Disclosure
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
