Knowledge and Experience:
Dairy experience is preferable, otherwise he/she will be trained to know and perform all Company, State and Federal regulations pertaining to the manufacturing and the distribution of dairy products. He/she must have a full understanding of Safety regulations, shipping/receiving procedures, SQF, GMP’s, Union and Disciplinary Contract procedures, all management functions, and good communication skills.
Job Summary:
Working within the limits of authority and within Company policies and procedures, manages the department to meet established shipping and load out objectives. The Lead Cooler Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Shipping, Receiving and Warehousing of incoming and manufactured products. This position requires hands-on responsibility as well as the day to day management of the cooler warehouse.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Pay: $58,609.00 to $76,191.00 a year*
