Valley Truck Centers in Cleveland, Ohio is looking for an Sales Coordinator at our Parma location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a high growth company with advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• All processes of clerical staff
• Incoming vehicle processing
• Accounting
• Dealer trades
• Bond processing
• Purchase order processing
• Processing applications
• Pricing
• Bid coordination
• Will confirm we are on all bid lists in the state of Ohio and surrounding states
• Will research for current bids – online, newspaper, current methods used
• Confirm discrepancy’s

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong Customer relations
• Strong computer, excel, word, spreadsheets, documentation
• General Auto knowledge is preferred
