What You Will Do:
The Nutrition Services Coordinator serves as administrative support and liaison to the Director and Managers of Nutrition Services. In addition to traditional administrative support duties, the Coordinator is responsible for numerous financial reports, Press Ganey results, and additional productivity metric reports as requested by the department leadership team. The Coordinator is expected to have an understanding of CBORD and give support when needed to the other hospitals in the system. Human Resources responsibilities include communication via transaction forms and corrective action, requisitions for new positions, oversees the entire hiring and onboarding process as well as offboarding process, and maintains all employee files. The Coordinator oversees additional employee functions such as annual employee health screenings, assists with scheduling Halogen training and collaborates with Organizational Development.
What You Will Bring:
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Additional Educational Requirements
Studies beyond high school preferred
Experience
Two years' clerical office experience preferred
Experience in a professional office preferred
Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to handle multiple priorities required
Ability to interact with a wide diversity of people in a professional, friendly manner required
Ability to present a professional image required
Ability to handle information in a confidential manner required
