Member Services Representative/Teller

Duties:

• Assist members with various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Provide information on credit union products and services
• Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance
• Resolve member inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to meet member needs
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Support fraud prevention efforts by remaining vigilant for suspicious activities

Skills:

• Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
• Excellent relationship management abilities to build rapport with members
• Proficiency in fraud prevention detection techniques
• Sales experience, particularly in financial services
• Ability to upsell products effectively
• Familiarity with cash management practices
• Experience in customer relationship management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
