What Your Day Will Look Like

Wednesday through Friday starting in our Easthampton office followed by field work.

Virtual meeting Saturday right into field work to optimize opportunities!

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed lead generation quota to hit targets and bonuses
• Always provide 5-star customer service
• Reflect the company’s values of integrity and respect
• Learn and use company sales tools and process
• Generate leads from prospecting activity
• Bring a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented attitude to work
• Acquire, retain, and constantly develop industry knowledge

What You Will Need

• Passionate about solar energy, sales, and constant improvement
• Have a proven track-record of setting and achieving goals
• Must be self-driven, motivated, and highly disciplined
• Have a reliable mode of transportation
• Have a cell phone with data and internet
• Be 18 years old or older
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Certain opportunities may require a clean DMV record

Experience: 4 Year Degree or 4 Year Work Experience Equivalent

About The Opportunity

Solar now accounts for over 50% of new energy generation added to the grid. With the extension of the Federal tax credits, solar is poised for a decade of unprecedented growth.

In Massachusetts, it is estimated an additional 35,000 solar energy sector employees will be required to hit the state’s net-zero carbon emission goals by 2050. This will require a 400% increase in yearly solar interconnections vs 2022 and an estimated $50B in new economic activity.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year
