Information Technology at Valon We are building a world-class platform to champion our homeowners, and the Information Technology department empowers our team in all aspects of technology. The IT department is responsible for the architecture, hardware, software and networking of all computers internally at Valon. You’ll join a small, tight-knit group of engineers, and be the second one within the IT department, working alongside a more-senior IT Support Specialist. The IT department is fundamental to empowering all employees -- across two offices and multiple remote workspaces -- as we work toward the mission to champion homeowners. About the Role We are looking for our first ever IT Support Technician in our Arizona office. This individual will assist in the execution of our vision for Valon's Information Technology culture and best practices around software updates, device management, etc. IT support is fundamental to ensuring that Valon runs smoothly and achieves our mission. You’ll wear many different hats with a “get it done” attitude. You will interact with colleagues across the entire company while maintaining a homebase in our Tempe, Arizona office. You are responsible for promptly responding to technical support queries, which include requests for: hardware repair, equipment relocation, and system access. In particular, as a fast-growing company, getting other new hires hardware, system access, etc will be a major part of the job in the near term.
