Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales professional will work at our North Ft. Lauderdale, Florida location. Hours are flexible but you must work on a daily basis from Monday to Friday. The criteria to be compensated include cold calling phone numbers from leads assigned to you from a database, to create and build relationships. Day after day it will take patience, going through hundreds and thousands of calls, rejections, disconnected numbers, wrong numbers, and people being nasty with you. However once a relationship is formed and the prospect is willing to proceed, you will guide them along the structured settlement transfer process. For the customer you will be the single point trusted expert and professional throughout the entire sales funnel process, from creation to closure and beyond.
- This opportunity is an independent contractor position where you are paid $800 per week as long as you have met the daily criteria and in addition you will earn a commission after each transfer is closed. Moreover, on top of the weekly pay and commission there is a generous and achievable bonus structure. You control your own income earning potential! If you ever thought about starting your own business but don’t have the time or resources to do so, this is a less risky alternative. There isn't a ceiling/cap on your earnings potential.
- Sales professional must provide their own laptop, headset/head phones, and mobile phone.
- In order to succeed in this position you must be able to cope with dialing for days without talking to anyone, with challenges such as wrong numbers, being screamed at, rejection, and be able to handle multiple objections frequently throughout the entire transfer process. You need to have a calm, open, and strong mindset to overcome several days or weeks of prospecting with no results. This is a highly competitive market where you need to find ways to establish separation from our competitors.
Ideal Candidate
- Hard Worker without the fear of being screamed at by leads. Someone who does not give up, whose cage is not rattled easily, and who can brush off insults. Person also cannot be rude to potential customers or insult back. A never give up attitude with a smile.
- A highly skilled problem solver: Think of it as you are provided with a puzzle but you are not provided with all of the pieces. You need to put the pieces of the puzzle you have together and then go out and hunt down the remaining pieces to finish the puzzle.
- Being able to translate financial terms in layman’s terms. It is your responsibility to take some of the complex parts of the process or terminology and simplify it for the customer.
- Working knowledge and ability to be creative with social media platforms
- Working knowledge of computers, navigating websites, including familiarity with Word, Excel and PDF.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tool software is preferred

- Prior cold calling experience is not necessary but is preferred
