Valora Medical Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Enrollment Specialist. As a visionary company focused on high-quality primary care services, we are committed to the health and well-being of our patients, and treating them like family.

Under general supervision, the Patient Enrollment Specialist will play a pivotal role in growing awareness of VALORA services and providers within our communities, with a particular focus on expanding our geriatric patient population. Working closely with the marketing event coordinator, this position will actively participate in events and engage with the public to promote VALORA's services, ultimately aiming to enroll new patients. The position requires flexibility in working hours as events may take place outside of regular business hours.

Position pay competitive base pay with commission and auto stipend!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Visit identified marketing sites to promote VALORA Medical and Wellness Centers Services and Medical Providers.
  • Inform prospective patients of all VALORA services.
  • Generate New Leads of patients.
  • Work with our Events team and participate in Health Fairs and Community Events to bring awareness of VALORA.
  • Partner with senior communities and business leaders to promote VALORA services and doctors.
  • Deliver presentations to prospective patients.
  • Assist the Events team in identifying possible partnerships in the community where to market VALORA's services.
  • Establish and nurture excellent relationships with insurance agents and brokers.
  • Champion the company's mission, vision, values
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent is preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in a sales position is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required for this territory
  • Experience in the healthcare industry desired but not required
  • Must have effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with the public
  • Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, with the ability to work on weekends when necessary
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to events and assigned clinic location
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to deal with conflict and rejection successfully
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, Ability to learn new procedures and adapt quickly to change
  • Innovative, motivated, organized, and team player
  • Follow through with commitments
  • Ability to work independently
