As a High Ticket Sales Representative, you will be a pivotal player in our growth strategy, driving high-value sales and cultivating strong relationships with prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with potential bank pre-approved clients through Google Meet, emails, and online platforms to comprehend their preferences and needs for home construction.
- Actively seeking out Realtor partners to establish a referral network.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of your assigned territory and conducting prospecting activities within that area.
- Educating clients about the unique selling points (USP) of Value Build Homes, emphasizing the benefits of constructing custom dream homes on their own lots, including equity-building advantages.
- Partnering with clients to tailor home plans to their specific criteria and budget.
- Utilizing computer tools to customize floorplans and delivering accurate, competitive pricing details to clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition of selecting Value Build Homes.
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients and consistently surpassing or meeting sales objectives.
- Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team to drive marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Established history of achievements in land, new home, or real estate sales, or a comparable domain.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering connections with both clients and colleagues.
- Profound comprehension of the real estate and home construction sector, particularly within the Carolinas region.
- Proven adeptness in thriving within a rapid and dynamic sales setting, flexibly catering to evolving customer preferences and market fluctuations.
- Additional knowledge in home construction, architecture, or related areas is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
- Essential IT and technology proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
