The Store Manager will oversee everything from team development and sales targets to inventory control and customer service standards. Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Lead and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support for their daily tasks and professional growth.

Sales Support:

Assist in implementing sales strategies, tracking progress towards goals, and providing sales team support.

Customer Assistance:

Engage with customers to offer assistance, resolve inquiries, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.Operational Oversigt:

Ensure adherence to operational procedures, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and cash handling.

Shop Operations:

Manage and oversee daily shop operations, establish opening and closing routines, optimize shop layout and functioning for maximum profitability.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans.

Reporting:

Compile and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and team performance to higher management.Training and Development Train new team members, provide ongoing training, and support their skill development in collaboration with the Store Manager.

Customer Service:
