Job Overview

Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and in line with hospital protocols.
- Assess patients' conditions, identify their needs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care, including working with occupational health and family planning teams.
- Utilize inpatient and outpatient experience to deliver comprehensive care to patients in the ER.
- Demonstrate experience in working with patients with developmental disabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest emergency care techniques and protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and reduce readmission rates.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state where the position is located.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
