DWR Service Writer
As a Service Writer for DWR Tire & Auto in Crown Point, IN, you will help to build a loyal customer base by delivering a superior automotive experience built on professionalism! All while working as a team to provide fast, easy, trusted services to our guests.
What You’ll Do:
You will greet customers and ask questions to understand concerns and required services. You create work orders for our technicians, provide cost estimates, and gain customer approval to proceed. To enhance the customer experience, you will obtain the final list of services and review the invoice with them, allowing them to ask questions.
