A Sales Manager helps our customers as well as team members.

Full Time Benefits Include:
- Salary Starting at $40-60k based on qualifications. Opportunity for individual and Group performance based rewards. Licensed staff has opportunity for up-to an additional $25,000-$40,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Main Responsibilities:
- Train Staff On Talk Paths & Closing Techniques
- Start New Policies
- Manage Workflow In Office
- Answer Incoming Calls
- Take Payments
- Make Changes to Existing Policies
- Transfer to Appropriate Claims Area
- Make Outgoing Calls
- Follow Up on Documents that need to be signed
- Confirm Changes are processed/give feedback on how it affects customer billing
- Ensure Customers are given proper service and advice
- Follow Up with customers after policies are issued or at renewal
