Merchandising Manager Responsibilities
- Own global sample management and orders throughout the Consumer Code process.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure system integrity and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct analysis to support key business management areas, including seasonal bookings and sell-through.
- Maintain strong relationships between geography and cross-functional teammates.
- Build and edit consumer-right assortments for assigned categories and locations.
- Support category vision through directed assortments with the retail end in mind.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 5 years of directly related experience.
- Solid understanding of global merchandising and consumer marketing.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and manage key relationships across geographies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical skills to support business decision-making and management.
