Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business to Business (B2B) Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving sales in St. Louis. Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new B2B sales opportunities through research, networking, and client relations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
