Location: Derby, Connecticut
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages and coordinates the pick up of all DME Equipment
- Retrieves critical documentation verification required for State and Federal healthcare regulatory compliance
- Remains proficient in software systems required to manage the day-to-day schedules.
- Works in conjunction with the customer service and materials department.
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED
- Previous Customer Service experience with a high level of customer interaction
- Background inpatient care, personal training, or related experience
- Comfortable with being on the road daily, clean driving record
- Excellent Verbal Communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to carry up to 50 lbs. from the car up to three flights of stairs
- Able to drive up to 5 hours per day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
