SUMMARY --
As a Leasing Specialist, your primary responsibility would be to portray the community’s services, amenities, and offerings to prospects during personalized tours in an engaging manner, in order to successfully convert them into residents. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will be the first point of contact future residents have with the community and management company. In addition, it is expected that you will be able to effectively sell the life that prospects can have as members of the community. This is a sales driven role and bonuses / commission opportunities are available.
RESPONSIBILITIES --
- Answer all leads within 24 hours of receipt.
- Keep in touch with all inquiries constantly until the lead is no longer active.
- Schedule and lead tours of properties
- Process applications in accordance with established criteria within 24 hours
- Facilitate the move-in process for residents
- Sign a minimum of 10 leases in a calendar month
- Be a positive representative of LivLavender and VareCo's services and standards.
REQUIREMENTS --
- Possess strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (including Excel)
- Display exceptional interpersonal and written communication abilities
- Utilize critical thinking, problem solving, and sound decision-making
- Efficiently manage time and balance multiple tasks
- Must have a driver's license and a reliable working vehicle
