What are the responsibilities and job description for the Growth Marketing Manager position at Vareto?
As an early member of our marketing team, you'll play an outsized role in building the growth marketing foundations and driving our digital marketing initiatives. You’ll identify marketing channels, solutions, and ideas that will efficiently drive new customers to the brand and drive revenue. You’ll be a key driver in making sure our message reaches our target audience so that Vareto can enter the next stage of growth.
This is a remote position based in the US or Canada.
What you'll do:
- Drive organic search traffic to Vareto by defining and owning our organic growth strategy.
- Create and optimize website content to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Develop, implement, track, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels (paid and organic), and report on the results of these efforts.
- Drive technical SEO strategy, conducting regular indexing, site crawling, and rendering to identify areas of opportunity.
- Partner with our Content Marketing Manager, Head of Community, and Brand Designer to craft compelling campaigns that drive education, engagement, and lead gen.
- Stay on top of the latest SEO trends and search algorithm updates.
What we're looking for:
- 3 years of B2B growth marketing experience. Bonus points for working on enterprise SaaS products and high-growth startup experience
- Proven track record of identifying target audiences, and devising and managing digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, and social media) that engage and convert.
- Expertise in setting up and using SEO tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent English writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Solid collaboration and project management skills: ability to lead and work with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. You’re happiest operating in a high-growth startup environment, have a bias for action, and are eager to make an impact.
- A strong team player. You’re able to effectively and empathetically collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product, and other departments.
- Growth mindset and intellectual curiosity. You have the willingness to learn, flex into new areas, and continuously improve.

Salary : $115,000 - $145,000
