Equity Manager

Varo is looking for an enthusiastic, detailed, and service-oriented individual to join our team. This role will accurately and efficiently handle the day-to-day administration of the company’s stock plan. This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer but will collaborate closely with our various internal team members, such as compensation, benefits, People Partners, talent acquisition, finance, and legal, as well as, external partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and strong technical skills. #MidSenior We recognize not everyone will have all of these requirements.
