We are looking for an inside sales person to join our team and assist with day to day sales activities. The objective is to obtain profitable growth.
Objectives of this Role
- Work with the Sales Manager to identify new product and customer service opportunities.
- Develop a superior customer experience by greeting incoming customers, answering calls and emails to identify, quote and sell product.
- Respond to customer inquiries or questions in prompts, professional courteous manner.
- Manage new customer registrations
- Oversee website orders and ensure they are fulfilled with the correct product & shipping method.
- Present and sell company products to current and prospective clients over the phone (cold calling), email or following up with potential leads.
- Develop and maintain the existing product knowledge and sales materials.
- Maintain new and established client relationships.
- Coordinate shipping programs and manage delivery of company products and services.
- Work closely with company staff to achieve the work required in closing up sales.
- Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of Sales Experience.
Floral industry experience is an asset but not a must.
- Must be skilled in sales techniques
- Good computer application skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License
Remuneration and Benefits:
- $22/hour to start
- The position is full-time Monday-Friday
- Opportunity for growth and advancement
- Remuneration is negotiable after 6 months.
- Depending on sales performance, commission is offered to the right person.
