Job Description:
- Provide first-tier basic technical support to end users on issues of basic computer operations.
- Basic experience with Windows ·
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Applications, Edge, and Outlook ·
- Basic experience with Dell & HP laptops and desktop computers, ·
- Ability to learn and work within Active Directory user, group, and computer accounts ·
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
