What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Vatech America?
The marketing manager will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies to promote and sell Vatech's medical devices. This position will directly report to the marketing division head.
Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitor analysis
- Define and communicate the unique value proposition of the medical devices in the market.
- Develop branding strategies to enhance the company's image and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute product launches, including developing marketing collateral, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Provide support to the sales team to develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials that effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to potential customers
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Analyze data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to marketing teams or cross-functional teams involved in marketing activities. Set clear goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the followings;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Marketing or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Expert with office technology (Office365, outlook email, cloud system).
- Strong working knowledge of Marketing Management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Bilingual in Korean and English
