Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care in the Surgery department.
- Collaborate with surgeons and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Previous experience in surgical nursing is desirable.
- BLS certifications are advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Pay Structure:
- Below 50 miles from the facility: $45/hr.
- Above 50 miles from the facility: $55/hr.
