Job Position: Program Manager
Job Location: Edwards Air Force, CA
Summary: Shall provide seamless support for financial management, administrative, and specialized services support to the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). Will assist with day-to-day operations of the division, branches, and individual projects of AFRL RQ-West.
Responsibilities:
- Interview and in-process appropriate staff.
- Conduct on the job training.
- Provide security, safety, and information system training.
- Develop and submit safety and health plans, qualify control plan, visitor group security agreement.
- Ensure non-interruption of work in progress.
- Plans, coordinates, and surveils the activities necessary to ensure disciplined work performance and timely resources application to accomplish all tasks under the PWS.
- Create and maintain electronic continuity folders for all tasks in the PWS accessible to the COR for review within the first quarter after contract award and thereafter.
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining an online historical repository of signed NDAs and waivers and providing the COR with a copy of the final signed document.

- Some travel might be required to attend meetings, conferences, and training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by corporate headquarters.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must have a current active SECRET Clearance
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and accurately using Air Force (AF)/Space Force (SF) terminology and be familiar with Department of Defense (DoD) documents and DoD technical terms, and the ability to communicate those items with non-technical personnel.
- A minimum of two years of supervisor experience
- Ability to delegate tasks and workloads to employees.
- Superior communication skills with the customer, employees, and coworkers.
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.
Position type: Full Time
Classification: Exempt
Hours to Work: Monday through Friday, eight (8) hours per day. Evenings or weekends may be required as job duties demand. Hours are subject based on the needs of the squadron.
Pay Rate: $72-82,000/year
