- Provide technical expertise in Mainframe CICS to ensure efficient transaction processing.
- Implement and manage Mainframe Utilities to optimize system performance and resource utilization.
- Develop and execute strategies for mainframe auto engineering using CAOPS/MVS.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate mainframe solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for mainframe environments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mainframe operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to mainframe systems.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in mainframe technologies and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mainframe technologies.
- Provide technical documentation and training to stakeholders on mainframe solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of mainframe processes and methodologies.
- Possess a strong background in Mainframe Utilities and Mainframes Modernization.
