Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Assembler Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Summary: Responsible for working as a part of a team assembling store fixtures along with pulling orders and packaging using any and all tools needed to complete certain projects by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Confers with supervisors or designers to plan and review work activities.*
2. Assembles parts and pieces of various materials using various hand and power tools and adhesives needed.*
3. Follows established safely rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment.*
4. Inspects all fixtures received from various vendors to insure the best quality parts.*
5. Packages and protects merchandise leaving this facility to ensure it will arrive to destination safely.*
6. Studies specifications on drawings to determine the assembly of fixtures.*
7. Pulls orders from sales orders, drawings, or spreadsheets to get ready to ship either by blanket wrap truck, Ltl, or FedEx/ United Postal Service.*
8. Counts, marks, and tags incoming components so that stock inventory can be tracked and identified.*
9. Unloads and loads trucks to insure all materials are handled with care.*
10. Operates various equipment including forklifts.*
11. Packs finished assembled fixtures for shipment and transports them to storage area or docks using pallet jack or hand trucks.*
12. Organizes warehouse to prepare for incoming and outgoing orders.*
13. Delegates to ensure sales orders are complete and correct.*
14. Performs other duties as requested and helps any department when necessary.
15. Able to work overtime, occasionally on very little notice.*

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Training: Must have verifiable experience with power and hand tools
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA certified preferred
