· Customer Service Technology Support - Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to details.
· Provide resolution to the issues related to Hardware, Software, Printers, Mobile Devices, logged through various channels as per the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
· Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
· Expected to have good hands-on experience in resolving desktop issues
· Will be responsible for iMac activity including imaging and deploying PC's as per std. imaging process.
· Provide support for Microsoft Office applications and mobile devices support (how to support Office or how to manage a iPhone/iPad)
Technical Expertise In
· Microsoft Windows 10 and up
· Microsoft Office 365 Suite
· Microsoft Teams
· Provide networking (WAN/LAN/WiFI) and Remote Access (VPN) support
· Experience with SCCM, PXE Boot
· Microsoft InTune
· Printers
