Job Description
Job Title: - Power integrity Engineer
Job location: - San Jose, CA
Workplace type: - On-Site
Employment type: - 12 Months Contract
Responsibilities in this role include:
- Perform block level and cluster level analysis for Power integrity requirements.
- Block level physical design (PnR, STA, Power sign off) involvement, but focusing more on Rail analysis, IR Drop analysis, Running checks, defining power methodology, IR, EM closure.
- Able to write necessary ECO scripts for sign off.
Requirements:
- RH OR EM OR IR expert
- Extensive experience in REDHAWK for power integrity sign off
- Perform block level and cluster level analysis for Power integrity requirements.
- Block level physical design (PnR, STA, Power sign off) involvement, but focusing more on Rail analysis, IR Drop analysis, Running checks, defining power methodology, IR, EM closure.
- Able to write necessary ECO scripts for sign off.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in advanced node processes 07nm and 05nm
- Experience with industry standard tools, preference for Cadence flow.
- Understanding of RTL to GDSII flow
- Understanding of IR, EM, Power planning, rail analysis
- Experience with Power analysis, Power sign off
