Customer Service Representative

Overview
The Customer Service Representative is a highly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous guide to the world of Veloci Performance Products. A strong attention to detail and a positive, problem-solving attitude is a must. The customer service team supports large volumes of order requests, through timely and well-thought-out written and verbal communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistent, exceptional level of Customer Service to new and existing customers alike.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails. (e.g., order entry, sending invoices, troubleshooting, etc.). With the ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly.
  • Accurately and efficiently process orders, create return orders, and credit memos.
  • Accurately modify or cancel orders: communicate order changes to relevant parties.
  • Act as sales support – resolving questions and service issues – inbound requests – up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Works successfully with other departments to ensure the customer’s requests and/or concerns are accurately addressed (sales, accounting, procurement, and warehouse operations).
  • Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies.
  • Builds relationships with customers across multiple geographic markets.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Education Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience Preferred: 2 years of customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel), 10 key proficiency is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid Office and Remote work available after the 60-day introductory period. M-F 8:00 – 4:30 PM.
  • Structured onboarding process with multiple trainers. Hands-on product training.
  • This role will work directly with a highly competitive sales team.
